CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP AND OTHER BUSINESS TRANSITIONS

In the event RMS goes through a business transition, such as a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, acquisition or other sale or transfer of some or all of its assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceedings (a “Business Transition”), your information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. CHILDREN

The Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Site or provide any information about yourself to us. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. AMENDMENT OF PRIVACY POLICY

RMS will occasionally update the Privacy Policy by posting the amended terms on the Site. All amended terms automatically take effect after they are initially posted on the Site, unless a change in any applicable law requires immediate amendment.
