RMS employs a core strategy of timberland investing that covers all aspects of the investment, from portfolio construction and deal sourcing through management and disposition of assets. Our strategy has been developed and refined over our 65 years of experience with timberland.

This strategy has served us well, and we have established a strong asset base in all of our target operating geographies. In total, RMS has $4.5 billion in assets under management in five countries. The largest part of our management footprint is spread throughout the U.S. South and includes a growing presence in Australia, Brazil, China, and New Zealand.
